Alfredo Sarria has more than 20 years of global experience in leadership positions with P&L ownership for multinational organizations such as Santander, Mastercard, and Citibank.

As a trilingual interpreter between the strategic priorities of companies and clients to maximize value creation, he has spearheaded business turnarounds and scaled new use cases across the payments ecosystem, whether global money movement, real time payments, securitization of merchant acquiring flows, to name a few. His favorite part at work is developing high-performing teams where collective achievements are rewarded and executing opportunities that impact underserved segments.

Alfredo pivoted to the entrepreneurial world, where he helped a whole range of mission-driven fintech startups position next-gen solutions to resolve actual pain points. Alfredo has also served as an advisor and board member to various early stage FinTech companies.

Additionally, Alfredo was co-founder of SerpGuru, where he pioneered a bilingual generative artificial intelligence platform built from scratch, to help fellow entrepreneurs with customer acquisition and growth challenges.

More recently, Alfredo serves as as Fractional Advisor at 99FinTech and is also CEO at A&M Global International, where he continues helping startups and established financial services companies turbocharge their go-to-market strategies, B2B sales teams, and marketing funnels.

Alfredo also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board for the Coral Gables Library, which brings together citizens to oversee critical projects such its recently completed renovation. He also sits on the events committee board of the NYPAY, a nonprofit that serves as New York’s leading forum for leaders in payments and mobile commerce.

Alfredo has a diverse background having lived, worked, and studied in countries such as Brazil, Peru, Chile, and the United States. He is proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Alfredo received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with honors from the Universidad Católica del Perú.
