Arnoldo Reyes is a results-driven executive leader with 20+ years at the intersection of financial services, digital commerce, and technology. Currently, Arnoldo is Global Head & GM of MoneyGram Business (MoneyGram’s B2B division), responsible for the transformation, growth, and competitiveness of this fast-growing global digital payments business.

Throughout his career, Arnoldo has held key leadership roles with P&L management across various business units including Strategy, Product, Business & Market Development/Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development & Venture, Innovation, Marketing, and Finance. He has spearheaded the scale-up of new business units, products, and services, led market share expansion efforts, developed and executed go-to-market strategies, led corporate venture investments and acquisitions, and structured partnerships with organizations such as Google and Amazon, to JPMorgan Chase, and early to late-stage FinTech startups. Arnoldo brings a wealth of operating experience across publicly traded, venture backed, and private equity owned payments companies at various stages of growth. These companies include MoneyGram, Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, American Express, and Paxos. He began his career within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at London-based Barclays Capital.

As a leader, Arnoldo has prioritized the building and coaching of high-performing, diverse, and purpose-driven teams that have consistently delivered organizational, customer, and industry value. As a recognized payments executive, Arnoldo has championed the use of digital payment technologies as a means of driving increased economic inclusivity, more resilient local economies, and greater cultural connectivity around the world.

Arnoldo has a richly diverse background having lived and worked in countries such as Brazil, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, France, Argentina, and many more. He is most passionate about tackling massive opportunities that have legacy impact across the financial services and commerce space. Arnoldo has served as an advisor and board member to various FinTech companies (early to late-stage), and is an Independent Board Member of BanCoppel, the financial services arm of Mexico’s largest retailer.
