Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying to speak at CrossTech is completely free. All applications are reviewed at no cost to you.

Are speaking slots paid placements?

No. Speaking slots are curated based on the value and relevance of your perspective to our audience. If you are interested in sponsorship, that is a separate conversation. Please contact our team.

Can sponsorship include a speaking opportunity?

Some sponsorship packages include a speaking opportunity. When they do, we still work closely with the sponsor to identify the right voice from their team: someone whose expertise genuinely fits the conversation. Sponsor or not, every speaker is placed on a panel built to highlight real insight, never a company pitch.

Do speakers receive complimentary event access?

Selected speakers receive a 15% discount on event registration. Speaker participation does not automatically include a complimentary full conference pass unless otherwise confirmed by the CrossTech team at acceptance.

How are speakers selected?

Our program committee reviews all submissions based on your expertise, your experience, and how well your perspective fits the audience and agenda. We prioritize originality, relevance, and voices with something real to say.

Can I apply for multiple events?

Yes. Submit separate applications for each event you are interested in, or select "Open to any upcoming event" on the form. Each application is reviewed on its own merits.

Can I recommend someone else to speak?

Yes. Use the "Recommend a Speaker" field on the application form. Share their name, company, title, and why you think they would be a strong fit for a CrossTech program.

When will I hear back?

Our program team reviews submissions on a rolling basis. Selected speakers are notified directly as the program takes shape ahead of the event. Applying earlier gives your application more consideration in the final agenda.

How do we evaluate speakers?

We look at your LinkedIn, your experience, and where you have spoken before. We read what you have published: articles, essays, blog posts, anything that shows us your point of view. We look at your company and how it fits into the wider payments ecosystem. Then we place every speaker on a panel built to highlight their expertise, alongside people with different viewpoints and backgrounds, so the conversation is genuinely valuable and never a company pitch.
