John is a Sr. Administrator with the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions and works on money transmitter licensing and supervision. As part of the Money Transmitter Regulator Association (MTRA) he has been very active in the association and in its education committee as well as working with other states, IRS, FinCEN and the Conf. of State Bank Supervisors on concurrent state and IRS examination procedures of Money Service Businesses. He participated on the team that developed and trained examiners on the FinCEN Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Examination Manual for MSBs. He holds both a B.S.B.A, in finance and M.B.A. from Bowling Green State U. and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the U. of Wisconsin, Madison.
