With over six years of experience in leading global payments, fraud prevention, and customer service operations, Jacqueline is a seasoned executive who delivers value and innovation in the financial technology sector. She is currently the Vice President of Operations at Pangea Money Transfer, a fast-growing company that enables secure, convenient, and affordable money transfers across the world.

Jacqueline’s core competencies include operational excellence, team building, and customer experience. She has a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and enhancing performance in her previous roles at McDonald’s, Ticketmaster, ADP, Glenbrook Partners, and Accenture. She was also a board member on a McDonald’s subsidiary and an advisor in payments and fraud, sharing her expertise with other organizations and professionals. Jacqueline holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BComm from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
