Jim Filice is the Vice President and Head of North America Money Movement and Global Enablement at Visa, where he is responsible for the company’s strategy and market engagement in new payment flows across the region.

Prior to his current role, Jim served as Vice President and Head of New Payments at Visa Canada, focusing on real-time payments, global money movement, and open banking initiatives.

Before joining Visa, Jim held the position of Senior Client Director, Payments at ACI Worldwide, where he managed relationships with key clients and contributed to the company’s payment solutions.
