Jimena Delfino is Vice President of Transfer Solutions at Mastercard for the North America region, where she leads Customer Growth, enabling money movement across banks, fintechs, merchants, and enablers to make disbursements and remittances faster, cheaper, and more secure.

A recognized expert in building multi-rail digital payment ecosystems across the Americas — both domestically and cross-border — Jimena specializes in real-time payments, cross-border services, push-to-card, and stablecoin innovation.

She is a passionate advocate for financial inclusion, championing the transformation of remittances into engines of economic empowerment. Deeply connected to Latin America, Jimena works tirelessly to turn each remittance — an act of love — into an opportunity for people and SMEs to climb the financial ladder.

Jimena holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad Iberoamericana, and executive certifications in Women in Leadership Positions (Cornell University) and Core Energy Coaching (iPEC).
