The Executive President of the Brazilian Foreign Exchange Association (ABRACAM), Kelly Gallego Massaro has worked in the financial and FX markets for 22 years, focusing on compliance. With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, in her current position she heads the institutional relationship with government authorities, market players and national and international financial industry associations. Ms. Massaro led the creation and development of the ABRACAM Compliance Seal, actively coordinating this self-regulation initiative with growing reach among Brazil’s financial system institutions, as well as the FX Certification, a pioneering effort aimed at managers and operational professionals working in the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing. She is also Vice President of the Mercosur Financial Commission (Ciasefim).
