Roger Ades holds a degree in Industrial engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial and a MBA in strategy and finance from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is currently the Director responsible for product development in Banco Rendimento , president of Agillitas Serviços de Pagamentos, a leading pre-paid issuer in Brazil, and a director of the Brazilian Money Transfer Association.

In the more than 10 years at Banco Rendimento, Roger developed the leading remittance payment service in Brazil as well as Remessa Expressa one of the main outbound remittance products. He is also responsible for the successful launch and growth of Banco Rendimento’s pre-paid programs, which now has more than R$ 1 billion in sales  and over 1 million active cards.

As a director in the Brazilian Money Transfer Association he has been actively pursuing the fight of the parallel market in Brazil and abroad as well as working with regulators to organize the market.
