RALPH BORAGINA

Ralph Boragina. With over two decades of leadership experience in C-level roles overseeing operations and strategic initiatives within U.S. financial institutions, Ralph Boragina is an expert in Money Remittance, International Payments, and Foreign Exchange (FX). He also possesses extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in both the United States and Brazil.

Throughout his career, Mr. Boragina has actively participated in numerous industry conventions and seminars across the United States and Brazil, engaging with the MSB industry, banks, and both federal and state regulators. His deep involvement has further strengthened his expertise in compliance, financial strategy, and regulatory matters.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista in Brazil, an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is set to complete the FinTech program at Harvard Business School in 2024.

A citizen of the United States, Mr. Boragina also holds passports from Brazil and Italy.
